Chiropractic care is a natural, drug-free and non-surgical approach to managing chronic and acute pain. Chiropractors most commonly use a therapy called the “chiropractic adjustment” to correct bio-mechanical stress. Joints that have become jammed up or restricted in movement will be treated with a controlled force. This restores joint mobility, improves function and allows the nerves to function without any interference. Chiropractic adjustments work on more than just the spine; it applies to every joint in the body (i.e. shoulders, knees, hands, hips, etc.) and all the surrounding muscles.

Dr. Leah Reiff-Herr is a second generation chiropractor following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Dennis Reiff, who continues to practice in her hometown of Lansdale, PA. From a young age she watched people get better from her father’s work when nothing else helped, which made her want to learn how do do the same. As a lifelong chiropractic patient, she knows firsthand the value of preventing disease through a healthy lifestyle involving proper body mechanics, good nutrition and functional exercise.

Dr. Reiff-Herr acquired her bachelor’s degree at Messiah College in Grantham, PA. She received her doctorate degree and training at the New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. After completing her formal education, Dr. Reiff-Herr moved to Lancaster County where she enjoys being a part of this vibrant community. She lives with her husband, cats and chickens where she enjoys gardening and has an interest in bee keeping.
